Pía Gutiérrez Díaz.
Pia has a PhD in Literature. She researches, writes, and teaches mainly on the link between art, literature, archives, and community. She has been involved in the Chilean literature and theater archiving projects. In addition, she has continuously worked on the discussions around archival policies. She is an academic at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Constanza Alvarado Orellana.
Constanza is a researcher in arts, communication, and culture. PhD candidate in Communication (Universidad Austral de Chile, Universidad de la Frontera, and Universidad de Sevilla). Actress and Master in Arts (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile). Diploma in Archival Science and Drama Therapy (Universidad de Chile). She participates in theatrical creation projects, archive management, and memory building, with an emphasis on artistic practices.

Katha Eitner Montgomery.
Katha is a sociologist and cultural manager (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile), Master of Arts (M.A. Art in Context at the University of the Arts Berlin, UdK), Diploma in Qualitative Methods for Social Research (Universidad Diego Portales). Manager of cultural, editorial and archival projects. Her research focuses on creating spaces for collective knowledge.

Javiera Brignardello Cornejo.
Javiera is a Bachelor in Literature (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and a researcher in performing arts. Master’s in Art, Thought, and Latin American Culture from the Institute of Advanced Studies (Universidad de Santiago de Chile USACH). She participates in research projects, archive creation, mediation, and dissemination. Her work focuses on the intersection of archives with performing arts, communities, and creative processes.

Fabiola Neira Rodriguez.
Fabiola is a librarian with a diploma in Archiving. She has collaborated on theater archive projects and is interested in digital humanities and social technology.
