Pía Gutiérrez Díaz.
PhD in Literature. Her research, writing, and teaching focus primarily on the relationship between art, literature, archives, and community. She has taken part in archival projects on Chilean literature and theater and has worked extensively on discussions around archival policies. She is a professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Communities Coordinator
Constanza Alvarado Orellana.
Researcher in arts, communication, and culture. PhD candidate in Communication (Universidad Austral de Chile and Universidad de Sevilla). Master’s in Arts (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and Diploma in Archival Science (Universidad de Chile). She focuses mainly on research and the management of archives and memories, with an emphasis on the performing arts.
Project Coordinator
Katha Eitner Montgomery.
Sociologist and cultural manager (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile), Master of Arts in Art in Context (University of the Arts Berlin, UdK), and Diploma in Qualitative Methods for Social Research (Universidad Diego Portales). She manages cultural, editorial, and archival projects. Her work focuses on creating spaces for collective knowledge.

Javiera Brignardello Cornejo.
BA in Literature (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile), researcher in performing arts. Master’s in Art, Thought, and Latin American Culture from the Institute of Advanced Studies (USACH). She takes part in research, collection, mediation, and dissemination of archives. Her work focuses on the intersection of archives with the performing arts, communities, and creative processes.
Archival and Library Science Consultant
Fabiola Neira Rodriguez.
Librarian and holder of a Diploma in Archival Science. She has collaborated on theater archive projects. Her interests include digital humanities and social technology.
